Wedgewood Weddings Boulder Creek Film // Travis & Athena

How did you meet and fall in love? Athena says; “We met on a dating app and Travis messaged me and I finally replied a month later. When we finally met, I loved how easy it was to talk and get to know each other. Our first date was dinner and drinks at Old Major, but we didn’t want the night to end. So, we went for a few drinks at LoHi Steak Bar, then onto a couple of cocktails at Williams and Graham. We joke about it, but from that point forward there was no getting rid of me. From that first date, to now and forever, I never want our nights to end. And that’s how I knew I wanted to marry him, probably way before the thought ever crossed his mind.”

How great that Hayley got to get married at her family home, next to a big red barn. The emotion and connection that Hayley and Corey showed towards each other was amazing on their wedding day. The friends and family surrounded their home and celebration with so much love and support. She never planned on marrying a hockey player.

You’ve got to watch the groom’s reaction when he sees his lovely bride for the first time!

We met while working at The Home Depot together. He followed me out to my car one day after work and asked me on date to get ice cream. I knew at this point that Jeremy was going to be leaving to join the US Navy for 4 years but I still said yes. We fell for each other! We have done many deployments and long distance for many periods including spurts of not seeing each other for over a year while he was stationed in Japan. We hope for a day full of love and support from all of our family and friends and for everyone to have fun!

Keystone Timber Ridge Lodge Wedding Film Videographer // Scott & Morgan

We wanted a venue that allowed us to celebrate how beautiful Colorado was since the majority of our guests are out of state. We have loved living in CO and wanted everyone else to see why! So having a reception at the top of a mountain and having two gondolas for transportation sounded like the perfect idea!

Scott and Morgan met in college at TCU and were friends for 4 years before they started dating! We knew it was either going to be great or a disaster, and thankfully it has been wonderful! We are excited to have all of our loved ones close by to celebrate with us and enjoy the beautiful scenery around us!

Rainy Elopement Wedding Film Rocky Mountain National Park 3M Curve Ceremony / Amanda and Kyle

Colorado mountain weddings tend to have a natural, mysterious romance about them, and Amanda and Kyle’s RMNP wedding was no exception. After an afternoon spent getting ready at a lovely home in Estes Park, the Ohio couple and their immediate family trekked to a scenic overlook in the park called 3M Curve. As soon as we arrived and began the ceremony, the Rocky Mountain weather became very emotional as the heavens literally opened and poured out heavy rain. To their credit, Amanda and family showed lots of resolve and determination that not even hard rain could deter her and Kyle from exchanging their personal vows in this intimate ceremony.

The beautiful light and fog after this storm had passed through made for an unforgettable adventure, and this whole day turned out to be pure Colorado magic!

Capturing a ceremony in this turbulent and wet weather created many real challenges for us and our gear. Condensation in the lenses, water damage, and neglecting the desire to stay dry. Gear can always be replaced, but moments and memories like this are irreplaceable and priceless!

Sometimes you can just see the love and sweetness between a wedding couple, and you just know that this wedding is built on a solid foundation of unconditional, Christ-centered love. During the ceremony, Betsy’s sister described Betsy and Turner as having “a beautiful story”, filled with surprise and romance. The way Betsy’s father formally presented his daughter to Turner at the altar was a sweet moment and an outward demonstration of God’s faithfulness in their family.
