The Fall Colors of October in Colorado, an incredibly beautiful Victorian-styled venue, and a wonderfully in-love couple. Everything just seemed to come together perfectly for Manny and Kelsey at their Tapestry House Wedding. We were so honored to capture this occasion for them and tell a bit about their love story and incredible connection. Kelsey wrote: “We met senior year of college at Indiana University at a bar on $2 Tuesday. The first day everyone on campus went out after Christmas break. Manny and I locked eyes while passing each other on the stairs and both realized we had lost our friends. Manny bought me a tequila shot and the rest is history! We immediately hit it off and knew what we had was special. The night of graduation Manny told me he loved me for the first time. We’ve been inseparable ever since and moved across the country together to Colorado. We are so excited for all of our family and friends to be together at our wedding. Our families have never met so we know it will be a very special day surrounded by the people we love.”

The Tapestry House Summer Wedding Wedgewood – Denise & Wallace

We’ve done a few weddings at the Tapestry House and every time we go there we have an amazing time and are so amazed by the beautiful scenery and accommodations. The property is located in LaPorte so it’s very familiar to those who live in Fort Collins in Northern Colorado. Denise and Wallace’s day started by meeting at the CSU Flower Garden in Fort Collins as we begin their first look and proceeded to capture wedding party portraits. It provided a colorful scene for our photos and was an enjoyable experience to start the special day off with.

This was one of our favorite weddings we’ve ever done for so many reasons. Betsy and Turner are truly two of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Fun and authentic love always makes the day such a pleasure to capture, not to mention the beautiful snow backdrop. The snow had fallen the night before the wedding, so we weren’t sure how comfortable it would be for us and all of the guests. It was a little chilly, but totally worth the low temps for the snow element! The Wedgewood Weddings Tapestry House in LaPorte, Colorado, is truly a wonderful place to get married!
