Engagement Photography // Tom & Trenah

[vc_row type=”container” padding_top=”” padding_bottom=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]There’s something special about being in the mountains and capturing moments with just your camera and a friendly and fun engaged couple.  Trenah and Tom are definitely Nebraska Cornhuskers thru and thru, but they absolutely love Colorado for all the right reasons.

Trenah contacted me this past spring about shooting their engagement and also their wedding in September 2017.   They are getting married at the YMCA of the Rockies and wanted to also do their engagement shoot in Rocky Mountain National Park.  Um, yes, absolutely, I’m your photographer!  One of my favorite things to do with these shoots is to try and capture what I call “environmental portraits”, which is a style that attempts to capture the beauty of the location that we are in, along with keeping the couple as the focal point of the photo.  We started our session at Beaver Meadows and then headed up top to Trail Ridge Road at around 12, 000 feet high.  It’s pretty breezy and chilly up there but the scenery is incredible.  These two were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to capturing their wedding.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”container” padding_top=”” padding_bottom=””][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”70014″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”none”][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”70016,70015,70014,70013,70012,70011,70010,70009,70008,70007,70005,70006,70028,70029,70030,70031,70032,70033,70034,70035,70036,70037,70038″ el_class=”gallerycenter”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
